"The region between Milazzo and Messina is not really nice. But Cala Marina is an oasis in there. Great garden (with Yakuzzi!), only a few footsteps to the sea. We spend days and evenings on the terraces (independ of the weather). House is well equipped. Really friendly owners."

"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus. "This is a very nice home. Antonio was available and very prompt to return text messages. He and his family went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We were very disappointed to be unable to stay but as the large kitchen window could not be locked other arrangements had to be made. I’m sure this will be fixed and would happily stay there in the future."

You will definitely need to have a car. The villa is tucked away. Very private. Definitely not in a tourist area. The host was very accommodating."
