"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. "Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed.
