"Complete luxury every single day. Food and service cannot be beaten and the resort is beautiful and offers everything couples or families could wish for. Rooms are due for an upgrade soon but do not let that put you off, they are still immaculate and have everything you might want. Sea views and sunsets are breathtaking "

"This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. "Luxury Hotel. Rooms need a bit love so it remains within the realm of luxury. Bed was not at park with luxurious. Cheap hard mattress. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Amazing location. Regardless of a couple of negative points, I would go again just for the amazing service the staff offers. "

"We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "Great location close to shopping and good restaurants and walkable to the port and the White Tower. Lovely rooftop breakfast buffet overlooking the square and harbour and breakfast food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I sprained my ankle before checking into the hotel and every staff member that I met was helpful. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy and maybe it was just our room but the closet was very shallow. Overall it was a great stay in Thessaloniki."
