Good hotel but the hot tub was down
"Everything was pretty good, but the hoot tub was broken even after we called and they said it was fine. It broke the morning of check in. The kids were very upset."

Consider more sustainable methods for keeping visitor trash to a minimum. Example is the Far View Terrace Cafe; for every waffle made, one plastic cup is used for the batter then thrown away. All beverages were served in non-reusable cups.

This is a wonderful park but you must stop at the visitor's center to get tickets to visit the cliff dwellings. Expect that you won't get your first choice of time and plan to be in the park longer than you originally planned.
