Centrally located for day trips to Mesa Verde National Park (13 miles), Canyon of the Ancients (11 miles), Crow Canyon (5 miles), Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad (45 miles), Telluride ski resort (73 miles), the Four Corners Monument (40 miles), and Moab, UT (115 miles).
Just a short walk from downtown Cortez, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks with tennis and pickle ball courts, cultural center and recreational center, this bungalow-style home offers a quaint and comfortable home away from home as you explore the high desert plains of southwest Colorado.
NOTE: The homeowners live in the Cortez area and are readily available to ensure your stay is convenient and enjoyable
PETS: Dogs welcome (with an additional pet fee of $50.00). Encouraged to crate pets if leaving alone in house. Crates provided by request. Required to pick up after your pets in the back yard by the end of your stay. Do not leave your pets alone in the back yard if you are leaving the home.
