"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit. "

"The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off. "A group of friends have stayed here at this cabin 3-4 times for an annual snowmobiling trip and it's always a great stay.We appreciate the convenience of being close to trails, the space is adequate for a group of guys, and the price is wonderful for the property.Thank you very much!"

"Although it was a brief stay, everything about the room was in good working order. I was surprised it was not busier for a Saturday night but most likely not the ideal time to be touring for most people prior to the snow-sports and after fall colors. The property was easy to find and I appreciated a simple key versus electronic swipe cards so I could leave door unlocked for loading/unloading. I would definitely not hesitate to rent another room here next time I find myself in the area,...
