"First impressions when walking in are mind your head! The downstairs bedrooms and toilet/bathrooms are very nice, the bedrooms having enough space for all of us. Upstairs is a sight to behold. "What a fabulous property in a gorgeous area. There’s not much around but the beach and walks are plentiful, there’s a great pub and nearby Looe is lovely.The house itself was fabulous. Hot tub was clean and hot and such a treat. All the beds and facilities were top notch! "

"Property as advertised. Very comfortable stay, with everything you need. Despite typical wet and gloomy Dartmoor weather, the cottage was warm with plenty of space for us and the dogs to dry off between walks."

"A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"Absolutely wonderful! Jane and her family were a total delight and incredibly generous - and the barn was perfect for our family (large, nicely kitted out and with everything you might need) and located in the most stunning setting. "

"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. "Really lovely house, lots of space and very well equipped and really comfortable. Really great garden and location was great for beach, pubs. Would recommend this house. "

"The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. "Our group of 12 loved our weekend here - so much space and the facilities inc swimming pool, hot tub and cinema room were well used. When we did experience a couple of issues, the property team were very friendly and quick to help. Would definitely stay here again! Also recommend the Finnygook Inn - a short walk up the hill – the meals were top notch!"

"We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "
