"From the time of booking this rental to the time we checked out, communication from the owner was excellent and he was extremely friendly. We loved the large covered patio with almost 180 degree view of the ocean and mountains. The location was convenient with easy parking on site. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The home is multilevel with other guests staying in different rental spaces. We had an entire level with large patio and private entrance to ourselves. The home is slowly being renovated when not being rented to guests, but the needed updates did not take away from our experience. One thing to pay note to before booking: in addition to paying for the space, you also pay for each person. This practice may or may not work in the renter’s favor. I would recommend this vacation rental as an affordable option on the island."

"The rental gave us a really nice experience with its stunning view of the ocean. The house had a very modern feel to it and it felt really surreal. The kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer all helped us on a daily basis, the house was kept very clean and had all the required amenities. Owner was very responsive to our queries and has put it a lot of thought in making our stay very comfortable.. we would love to come back to this place again for next vacation visit. The following items are something you need to be aware of before you decide on it. Getting there was a little bit difficult due to the access road which is a little hidden from the Fortuna road and the access road to the property wasn’t really paved. The rental was located to the west side of the Island, so we had to drive for about 25 minute to go to the main area of the island for stores and restaurants. There is no AC and we couldn’t close the windows completely as the insects were making a lot of noise in the night. Otherwise, really good Vacation rental, would recommend to others. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short walk down the hill to the bay. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Host was a good communicator. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay and they were tended to. The place could use some tlc and upgrades. Screen door to patio was difficult to close."

"Six adults and six children came to St Thomas for a 5 day vacation, and it was incredible. As other reviews said, pictures can’t do the house justice. The home was laid out great well with plenty of common areas, but also private bedrooms for everyone. The almost completely private Sandy Bay beach within Botany Bay was incredible. Was an incredible stay!"

"Just as advertised. Clean spacious unit in a 4-unit building in a beautiful setting. 15 mins from Charlotte Amalie but worth it for the quiet setting and beautiful view. Host Kylie was very communicative, attentive and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed. "
