"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. The property was also over an hour from trailheads...

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! "Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
