"This hotel is in very good location being close to train station and meeting places for tours . We arrived very late at night via train and wanted to walk to the hotel (supposedly 5 minutes away) but directions were very difficult to follow for some reason . We took the taxi instead and the driver could not find the hotel and got lost 😮. We had to be transferred to another taxi. "We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located, offered a Lucerne city card with each room for transportation and discounts. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff members were so helpful and friendly. They have a great continental breakfast we enjoyed. "

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"
