"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"After paying extra for jacuzzi and fireplace, both amenities were unavailable, no fire wood was delivered although asked, and only freezing cold water would run from the jacuzzi."

"You need to share bathroom and kitchen etc with others who are staying so you dont get the whole apartment. We had very noisy neighbour. No respect to others who are staying there so would not recommend. "

"These staff guys don’t know what they doing. They misguided the guests and they don’t even have proper communication between the staff. They make me to run through 4 public buildings to find my apartment and finally when found it was totally different than what was texted me. Unbelievably the shared bathroom toilet door can’t be closed from inside and no-one there to get addressed any problem. For noisy and non-working air-con I don’t complain because property was cheap"

"The communication with the property manager was very horrible. The room that I book for somebody was already living in there. The information on the website site was very misleading it never stated that it was a community apartment where you shared with other people. I really thought this was going to meet my specifications of what I was looking for in a place. Would I recommend me this place to anyone else I would not. I hope that would correct their information on advertising so people...

"Fantastic location. We had two Couples and rented a 2BR room. It had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea! The staff is super friendly and free water, tea and coffee for the room. Restaurant's are very walkable with a lot within 1.5 miles. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was buffet style and a great choice of hot and cold food and drinks with a chef preparing fresh omelettes. We had a massage which was very good but some instructions were not quite understood. We ate in the restaurant twice and once in the bar, food and drinks were tasty. Cleaner was superb as were all the staff on duty were friendly and polite. Will return again as 25 minutes from the Airport in Larnaca, and 10 minutes from town by car. They have electric car charging points."

"Older property that needs another rejuvenation. Acceptable value. We were in 305 for 6 nights. Vinyl laminate floor is beat. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was great. Room attendants were very good. Floor could have been swept a bit better. Bathroom was spotless clean daily. Maintenance needs to do some grout clean up properly re grout shower and not slop another coat of caulking on the obvious leak that has damaged the door frame inside the bathroom. Shower is very good! I liked the "do not disturb" and "clean room" electronic system they have. Balcony was great. However current city view of this room is a re-construction area. Breakfast on 6th floor was great and the gentleman in the actual kitchen makes a good omelette! Very nice attendant in the breakfast room is very efficient and effective. Great smile and personality for the morning. One suggestion... don't put the business end of the cereal spoons up in the container! Always put the handle end up for people to select a spoon. Choices for breakfast were excellent. We mainly dealt with the very nice Ukrainian receptionist. Very helpful getting taxi etc. Hope she gets to London!!! Pool... I went in the water for less that a minute....brrrrr! Nice quiet place to catch the sun. We would stay here again. Larnaca is a good city to enjoy and walk to discover!"
