Surrounded by peaceful countryside. Interesting visit to the cheese farm, and tasty cheese to buy. We had slight difficulty locating the property, as it is set back from the road and the gateway not clearly named. We used ‘what three words’ to guide our relatives."

"Really nice house in a peaceful scenic location. Very rustic, French house. Gardens are really nice with outdoor eating areas, seating, hammocks and ping pong. Location is great for catching a train from Vernon to various places - we traveled to Rouen and Paris. Laurent as host is very pleasant, relaxed and helpful!"

"Pleasant period property, good WiFi, nice and warm, furniture fairly uncomfortable, didn't appreciate having to do what is usually done by housekeeping ie stripping all the beds and leaving downstairs. "

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."
