"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

"When I first got here on the bus it started out a little confusing where exactly this place was. But was I found found the place the check in was easy to do. "Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. "No bedding for the sofa bed..it advertises a sofa bed. My grandson was not going to share a bed with me so i had to leave the heating on to keep warm. 1 towel each for 4 days. Not acceptable. No iron although an ironing board was there. Cupbard handles and all switches filthy. Took photos but it eont let me add them. Also no hot water xmas day for some reason."
