"We really like the location of the hotel the cleanliness the hotel itself was very nice. Having a casino is a nice touch. Price was decent for the hotel and then everything fell apart. We had two drinks in the bar upstairs is $54 plus tip they told us breakfast would be $16 a person that was $45 a person And it was OK nothing special of course we got there on a Sunday needed. Some pesos went to the front desk to try to get them to at least give me 40 or $50 worth of pesos for US dollars they wouldn’t do it finally they said well if I join the casino as a member they give me $40 worth I actually went down the street to a basic mom and pop restaurant. Ask them and they gave me 50 bucks worth in two minutes But in general the hotel is really nice. Location is great. I just thought the customer service was fairly poor for a hotel of it status"

"Small but very comfortable hotel in central Mendoza. The room we were allocated had faulty Aircon which is not good in 38 Deg C conditions. After raising this with reception were were moved to a suite with excellent Aircon. "
