"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was the perfect size for our group and was beautiful, as was the property. The house was beautiful and has some history being Jim Croce's old house, which was very cool. I loved the setup with it almost like it was 2 houses in one. "Our family absolutely loved this rental. We holed up here right after the New Year, and it was absolutely perfect for 6 of us! It was spacious enough for all of us to find our own space, while also being designed in a way that provided plenty of options for us to gather and be together. "We stayed at this place the day before I had surgery and it was pretty close to the hospital. It only was the place beautiful but it a very clean! They hosts were very attentive to any accommodations that we needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here for my sister’s 79th birthday as she loves farmhouses. It was very clean and so comfortable and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time there. "

"The house was wonderful, kitchen well equipped. The only issue we had was the downstairs of the house was very, very cold. No matter how high we turned the heat only the upstairs got warmer. That was the only issue we had, everything else was great."

"First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. Unit has downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Up a very narrow and steep staircase are 2 bedrooms and the only bathroom. Unit is clean and appears to be...

"Stayed here with my 84 year old father and 4 teenagers. Dad enjoyed his space on the entry level, which also had it own half bath and thermostat. The rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The location was great. We were able to get to our family in Wilmington in 20 minutes. "We were in town visiting family and this was a great place for us. Lay out worked great for our family (two teenagers) and the house itself was very nice. Communication was 10/10. Would definitely come back!"
