But my whole experience leading up to it was a mess because the person i originally booked it with, sold it to a property management company. So i had to rebook the property, which was a mess and the property company didn't know why it wasn't working so it took days to even do that and constant back and forth. "The house was outstanding! We had a group of five high school skiers and four adults and we all found the house to be very comfortable and inviting. There were so many well thought out details from the games in the garage to the extremely well equipped kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, plenty of living room throw blankets, abundant towels in the bathrooms, and comfortable beds. "The house was very spacious! Our team was really happy to be able to stay all together instead of spreading out in a hotel! And less expensive! Very easy to communicate with the owner. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for location/neighborhood was the parking. We had 7 cars so had to shuffle around a little so we weren’t parking on the side of the road. We were laughing about how big the closets were upstairs, they were like another bedroom!! Awesome place to stay for a bigger group!"

"My family (9 adults) stayed at Sunset Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and full of all the amenities a large group would need. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and the view was lovely ... A bird watchers paradise. The host promptly responded to all questions and issues. My family and I are hoping to return next summer to further explore the lakes and outdoor activities."

"House was very spacious and plenty of room for our whole group. Adults and kids loved the pool space. Non swimmers should bring floats or life jackets as the one end is deep. Kitchen was nicely equipped with crock pot, blender and other utensils needed. Bring more toilet paper if you have a large group. Was super nice that the tree was still up the end of January. Highly recommended."

"25 of our family celebrated Thanksgiving at Katie and Josh's home near Appleton, Wisconsin. There was something for everyone from age 2 to age 77, including toys, video games, arcade games, big screen televisions, a hot tub, and lots of lounging space. We loved our time there, and Katie was sweet and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend this great place!"

"First Trip to the area. The property met all of our needs in terms of basic amenities and has a nice view of the lake. The location is good....it is a short drive to get into town (Neenah) and an easy drive to Green Bay. Overall, very satisfied with the property and stay. I/we would recommend this property! "
