The host was very welcoming, helpful, and commutative.House is beautiful. I found it to he very clean, beds comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Neighborhood was very quiet. Even the neighbors welcomed us "home". Quick access to downtown area. I would stay again. Hope you will enjoy your stay as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was roomy, very clean and decorated so nicely. It was so nice to stay here in lieu of a hotel while we visited Graceland.

Comfortable and clean house close to downtown. Neighborhood seemed safe, but some surrounding properties were not very well maintained. Host was very responsive and provided Keurig coffee pods - a nice touch. ☺️I recommend!

Charming Stay
We loved our experience in Memphis. The home was located in a charming neighborhood, with fun old homes near by. It was close to downtown and the airport- and out of the way of heavy traffic. The house was clean and updated with great decor.

Our stay was great, nicely remodeled home, very clean, nice outside are, quite neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had TV’s though.

The house is exceptionally beautiful and clean. It was a great place with plenty of room. We needed to find a place in Memphis because it is a half way point to Atlanta. This place is perfect and we will be staying there when we meet up with family.

The listing definitely undersells this house. It is close to everything in Memphis. Newly renovated and super clean. We had a great time. If you want to explore Memphis, this is a great place to stay.

This VRBO was perfect for our weekend in Memphis. Very close to airport, Graceland and Beale street. Our host gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we felt totally safe.

The home was beautiful and was just the right space for the 6 of us! It was close to everything! The owner is very responsive which I loved! Some of the homes on the block looked a little run down but overall nice quiet block.

Family Vacation/work trip
I had to travel to Memphis for work and would be tagging along my big family. The house is so spacious and clean! My family of 6 had plenty of room to relax and not be on top of each other like a hotel. The neighbors were welcoming and it was definitely a perfect trip for me and family! Would recommend this the perfect stay for work or vacation ☺️

Nice property
The property has a great location, plenty of room & comfy beds. It was a little short of silverware for our group of 6, There is no storage place for clothing in the bedrooms downstairs which was a pain. The towel bars in the upstairs bathroom are missing, so no where to hang towels. Seller was super accommodating & fast on replacing the broken toaster & coffee pot. All in all, we'd definitely stay there again.
