"This is a great place to stay. So much history. The library is amazing. The cottage was built in the mid 1800’s. So it’s vey old. But certainly worth staying. Even electric blankets on the beds. "

"An unique opportunity to stay in an historic property in the Bothwell area. This place has a comfortable feel with antique furnishings and modern ensuite. The golf setup was pleasing to those interested. Half the guests during my stay were golfing. There is the option for a communal evening meal in the modern events room which has a lovely view of the countryside. The food was good as was the conversation among the guests.There was a reading and historical backgrounding on the property. It is peaceful. Would stay again!"

"Home was a good size, had everything we needed but it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived as the floor didn’t look like it was swept, also ensuite bathroom wasn’t swept either. Was a trail of ants in the ensuite bathroom all the way through to the bedroom.The next day the ants where also in the kitchen"
