"Wonderful property with luxury interior and amazing garden, terrace and hot tub. Situated in beautiful countryside surroundings. Lovely details included tea, coffee, milk, orange juice etc upon arrival. Only criticism was local pub wasn’t really a pub as closed in evenings. "

"The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

Accommodation set in vineyards and away from everything although a great location for surrounding areas, Southwold, Walberswick, Beccles and more. Check in - very easy. We received communication confirming key code and that was it - smooth and easy Check out - returned key to box and again that was it. "We enjoyed our stay. The hut is very compact but has all you need and is very clean. We wanted a walking holiday so the location suited us well, with lots of beautiful walks within easy distance. The coast is about a 30 minute drive on quiet roads. Recommend The Dennington Queen and The Royal Oak in Laxfield for lovely food. The Low House in Laxfield is nice and very quirky but food isn’t good."

"It was a excellent stay, nice clean caravan perfect size for a couple or family of four. Just opposite club house, good if you don't mind a little noise till about 12, which we didn't mind at all. "
