"This house is so beautiful! We loved everything about our stay. The owners/host were so helpful and friendly. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed including good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. The couches were comfortable. The paper products were very nice. The backyard was a dream backyard-we had so much fun. And the dogs loved it. ! We can’t wait to come back"

"This was hands down the best VRBO I have stayed at in a very long time. From the communication from the owner Susie, cleanliness, comfort (the beds are amazing), sunrises and sunsets, the cows, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, fire pit with S’mores and the absolute golden touch was Kali the cat. This will be my home away from home when I travel to McKinney. Thank you! "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. It fit all our family needs and accommodated all of us. We also needed to use the barn, due to inclement weather, for a wedding rehearsal supper. It fit the bill and was an event saver at the last minute! We would definitely stay here again should the need arise."

"We had a fantastic time at the Mavik Ranch. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property was as listed. We had plenty of room and comfort. Having a pool was great with how hot it was. Would highly recommend the property. "

"Had family in town for daughter’s wedding. Place was a perfect spot for small gatherings in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Plenty of space inside and out. Overall great value and exactly what we needed. Only issue was trying to find the house at night was a bit of a challenge but got it figured out. "

"Spent a week there on business and was fairly disappointed with this property; mainly on the cleanliness. Hallways were filthy, elevator and staircases smell like urine. In the apartment the floor left my feet black, towels were stained and shredded and food was left over in the kitchen from prior people. Cleaning crew did a really bad job. Its too bad, I've stayed in Kasa properties monthly for the last 2 years and will likely not be returning after this experience. If these issues were...

"Great stay, would stay there again. Very clean and the response when need ing help was very fast. Price was good. A little hard to find the unit first day but after that parking was close to the unit. Felt safe and comfortable walking at night. "
