For a new hotel this one cut a lot of corners. Fewer electrical plugs , Sloppy personal and free breakfast was hardly edible. I have stayed four times and this one is barely a two star. Others comparable are much better. I’d rather pay a few dollars more somewhere else.

Hotel was nice/basic for the rate. We stayed 2 nights. Bed was comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast was weak. We ate out. The Crowdstrike outage affected the hotel. We couldn't get room keys so needed to be escorted to our room by staff each time. That was a little inconvenient as we had to take turns leaving the room to take the dog out, or get coffee just so we didn't have to bother the staff with letting us back in our room. Other than that, the stay was good.

Hotel wifi was very bed, front desk staff did not really help with customer’s concern. Staff barely refilled breakfast, no plates and had to use bowls.

This was a wonderful stay for us during our first visit to Dallas. We wanted to ensure we were staying in safe areas and within reasonable proximity to the city since we planned to travel around. This hotel is brand new, so everything was fresh and clean. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure could be a bit stronger. However, everything else was excellent. The staff was fantastic, and I appreciated the amenities in the lobby. You can enjoy a game of billiards and relax with friends and family in the lounge, making it a very family-friendly place. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas and will definitely be coming back.

Convenient to the highway dining and shopping. The breakfast wasnt as good as other hotel's the eggs were rubbery and it didnt many option's. The room was small and the water temperature was luke warm. The housekeepers only gave us new towels and nothing esle was touched.

They had no clue what rooms they had or didn't when arrived. I lost my id there didn't notice it for 2 wks no one bothered to call me. I am a hilton member thay have my information they could have called me. When talking it ovwr with the manager it sounded like it actually was turned in during our stay.

The check-in process was a nightmare. There were two desk agents, one of them was in training. I was being "helped" by the experienced agent. With two lines; the experienced agent continued to help the agent in training while I waited. There were five people from the line with the agent in training that were checked-in before I was checked-in. A poor first impression.
