"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for our group. The property is beautiful and allowed for a wonder view of the sunset. The property manager was very kind. There were a few beers and a fresh bowl of fruit for us to enjoy when we arrived. The location was perfect and with a gated property felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone traveling to this area."

Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! "The home itself was clean and neat but it was not a place for small children. The stair landing had a cello with only one string on a stand just waiting for some one to trip once it. We spend the first 1/2 hour putting things into closets and up high to protect the kids and the property. In addition the entrance into the property was thru a large metal gate.
