A splendid villa with garden and pool, Villa Goccia is an ideal holiday home to spend a relaxing holiday in Salento, just a few minutes from the famous beach of Torre dell`Orso. The prestigious holiday home is located in quiet area of the seaside, one of the most knowed of Puglia, on the seaside of Melendugno where the blue flag proudly hangs. the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Animals are allowed.

Villa Goccia has a strategic position, in Torre dell`Orso. It is spread over an area of 700 square meters completely fenced. The well-kept garden with lawn and palm trees around the large pool has large solarium spaces that guarantee moments of relaxation and tranquility. A spacious shaded porch with a wooden roof is furnished for outdoor lunches, dinners and convivial moments. 
 
The care and comfort of the internal areas.
The interior of the Vill Goccia in Torre Dell`Orso is furnished with care and with attention to every detail. The furniture is simple and in neutral colors that make the rooms mor comfortable and harmonious. In the modern living room, next to the double sofa bed, there`s the dining room with open kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double bed and 1 is a twin room with a pull-out bed and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning refreshes all rooms. Also present is a washing machine, an iron, a barbecue, a TV and satellite decoder.

Villa Goccia is located in a quiet area of Torre dell`Orso, surrounded by nature. The sea with the beautiful beach of the Due Sorelle is just a kilometer away and can be reached on foot as the center of the village on the Adriatic Sea. There you can find all major services including restaurants and bars, pizzerias, bathing establishments along the coast, shops, as well as a church, a seasonal medical point and pharmacies. Less than 3 kilometers north from the coast lies an enchanting place, very famous as an archaeological site and because of its beauty: the village of Roca Vecchia and the adjacent Grotta della Poesia, one of the most beautiful natural swimming pools in the world.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
