"Safe, clean and perfectly located. Hotel staff was exceptional!! We had an early morning train and they had breakfast prepared for us to take on our journey. We can’t wait to return to Granada. "Overall an excellent stay from the moment I checked in to when I left. The room I had was newly renovated, quite large, well laid out, eco friendly (although a recycling bin would have been good) and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower (controls) the best and easiest to use. A small Juliet type balcony was a really nice addition. I was offered daily breakfast at a promotional price and the buffet was good and very adequate. The staff at the hotel were all excellent but special mention of Alberto who was very thorough, friendly and professional and Alexander on the front desk who assisted with a dinner reservation. Staff at breakfast were all very good. The hotel is very well located and close to a lot of things. Would I stay here again… ABSOLUTELY"
