"Our group of 6 (wife, friend, our three young kids, and myself) had a lovely time at this house. The house is bright, well maintained, clean, with a properly stocked kitchen. We had an amazing 3 day weekend without straying more than 10 minutes from the house. The kids loved the reading nook, boardgames, game room, and outdoor playset, while the adults spent most of our time on the lovely deck and outdoor seating. For the slightly chilly nights we all migrated to the hot tub and very nice...

There were a couple communication mishaps, but I think that was more related to the app than anything. Joseph was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole weekend. You can tell that Joshua really cares for this property and for the guests that stay in it. The pictures were quite accurate, including the beautiful views from the balcony! The kitchen was stocked with spices and basics like olive oil, which made cooking meals so much easier for us. The bedrooms were very much as advertised...

We had a big group and rented the entire place but the upstairs and downstairs each had there own amenities (kitchens, bathrooms, entrances, etc.) Overall, great experience!"
