"This is the best place you can stay. Beautiful surroundings, a good size room, very nicely done, and large bathroom. Hosts were wonderful, the continental breakfast perfect. "Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. "L alloggio è molto comodo per visitare Grado, che dista solo un'ora di distanza. Trieste 1,5 ore. Se ci fossero delle pentole sarebbe ancora meglio, così si potrebbe decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa. "Sheets were old and had Stains that could not be washed of. Parking was not dedicated to the hotell but a public one that was busy and full so had to go to the pay parking area. We had to pay for the towels which we eeee not informed about earlier. There are not many restaurants in the area or supermarket and everything gets fully booked so make sure to reserve a table in the restaurant if you would like to have dinner there. Only other option is to order pizza which we had to wait for 1,5 hours...

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped.
