The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, three spacious bathrooms, separate toilet, storage room and terrace. On the second floor of Villa Lucy, there are also three bedrooms, a covered and uncovered terrace and three superbly decorated bathrooms.
The entire interior of Villa Lucy is air-conditioned with modern Daikin's heat recovery & valve-convector ceiling duct cooling. Also, all rooms have an underfloor heating system, as well as a modern controller system "smart home" for controlling LED lighting, temperature in each room and sun blinds on all windows. Free Wi-Fi Internet speeds up to 50 Mbps as well as audio zones in the house and on the terraces where guests can choose music to their liking from the Internet, satellite radio or Bluetooth using their gadgets. In front of the villa there is an outdoor pool (77m2) equipped with massage jets and a geyser, where you can refresh yourself every day, and which together with the villa forms an exceptional visual and functional unit. Villa guests have 6 private parking spaces at their disposal.

* Guests who book two weeks in a row, in the period from the beginning of October to the end of March, will be given a 10% discount.
This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
