"The house is lovely and in a beautiful area but has not really been set up for renting. The communication from the owner was poor, with no communication until just before arriving, and no instructions left for running the house. This then became an issue when we left. We had put all the recycling in the bins at the end of the drive. There was no bin or area for glass so we created a box with glass bottles in. This was then raised as an issue when we left, plus we were charged an additional £83...

"What a wonderful place to spend a lazy summer holiday. We have enjoyed every minute smack in the middle of the Medoc region. The house + pool was simply magnificent and the owners utterly lovely and welcoming. Ocean nearby, plenty of great wines and fantastic weather. Horse riding stables nearby and lots of sightseeing to do. We would definitely recommend!"
