"Miscategorized as a 4 star hotel, realistically felt like a 3 star. Although air conditioning is advertised, there is NO air conditioning, we could only turn on heat. We visited in January, so a summer stay would be miserable without air conditioning! Walls are paper thin and it was very loud. Very clean, friendly staff. Everything else was fine (not great, but fine)."

"I enjoyed my stay here. For what we paid for we got a very nice hotel, however it’s a little far from the centre so if the metro/overground isn’t working there’s not that many transport links which was quite difficult. We also didn’t have AC and when we opened the window it was quite loud (maybe a generator). Breakfast didn’t have many veggie options, just eggs, cheese and bread.
