The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. "The room was large, bright, and clean. Great location just across the street from the medina and 10-15 minute walk to the Kasbah, Hassam Tower, Rabat-Ville train station. When the wifi did not work in my initial room, the guy at the front desk immediately offered to change my room and the wifi worked perfectly in the new room all throughout my four day stay.
