Welcome to this late 1890’s home, located in the heart of Medina and within walking distance to our historic downtown district and the Erie Canal. This home was one time a convent for the nuns at Sacred Heart Church, and later was a rooming house for nurses at the hospital, which is located around the corner. This 1- bedroom lower apartment consists of a living room, bathroom and a large kitchen and provides you with all of your basic necessities. Off-street parking is provided at the rear of the home.

Super clean and convenient
We visit Medina, NY a couple times each year and have stayed in several places. This stay was super convenient and clean. The property is a first floor apartment! Close to downtown and the Erie Canal. We hope to return soon.

As the photos show, this is an older property economically remodeled. Everything worked well, and we didn't need anything but our food. We were "overnighting" while attending a three day event in Olcott Beach, so we didn't spend much time in Medina or the apartment. We would have enjoyed a much longer stay and time to explore Medina.

Clean property with stock with little extras
This property was very clean. We were thankful for the water in the refrigerator as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was stocked with kleenex, coffee, travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap. We have not stayed at a Vrbo property previously and did not expect that. We would stay here again if there was a need to come back to this area. Thank you for a stress free stay.

Quiet, convenient getaway
The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The neighborhood has all the creature comforts (Tops, Tim Hortons, take out), and it was in a quiet, nice party of Medina. We were very happy with our stay and the price was MUCH better than local hotels.

Great Location for Nearby Event
The apartment was so homey and very relaxing! The location was great for the event we were attending in Gasport. We even had a chance to walk to downtown Medina for brunch. The people we’ve met were so nice and accommodating. We may be back again in the near future. Thanks!
