"Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. "I loved the property from the time I checked in. It’s a beautiful building with aon-site options for dining. Extremely clean and charming.
