Ludington State park hikes to see all the amazing changing colors. This house was perfect for the 4 families - plenty of space, fully stocked and just so comfortable all around! "It was a very cold off season stay, but the house met the match. We enjoyed the period details (early 1900's) along with the modern updates. Handy to have streaming available with large TV (no beach or swimming that time of year). Matt was responsive to us from start to finish."

"This was one second year at this adorable cottage. We loved it once again! The stairs to the lake were improved from last year. (Still no lake access, but we could get closer to watch the waves and sunset.) We are comfortable with the simplicity of handwashing dishes, and enjoyed unplugging from a hectic schedule with no wifi and basically no phone connection. All in all, a great place for a wonderful vacation!"

"Very clean. Comfortable. Has two bathrooms which is great. Decent parking. Nice fire pit out front. The garage has ping pong table and a few other games which is awesome. The covered grilling station outside the garage is a nice touch. The couches are very comfortable afyer a long day offroading at the sand dunes.Only thing we didn't like were the security cameras in the yard and on the deck. Weird feeling to be watched while on vacation. Other than that great little cabin."

"Gorgeous skies, surf, and sand; and an unobstructed 180 degree view of horizon. Didn't use the hot tub on the deck but saw that it was maintained. Could have happily stayed a month. Cherry Point market was fabulous and close--recommend the strudels. at Otto natural area. And od course "

"What a nice wonderful house. A very unique, modern design that was perfect for a family of five. The interior is very cool, yet really functional. We rented for 3 days just to get away during the holidays and had a great time. The location is perfect, walking distance to the lake, 3 minutes to downtown with shops and great restaurants. We took day trips north and south to great Dunes state parks and great eating. "
