"The history of the home is awesome. The property needs LOTS of TLC. The front desk check in folks were so nice and polite. However, the breakfast wait staff was horrible. These two ladies were extremely rude to not only our group, but to others as well. Thursday was our first morning to visit the restaurant. The ladies were smiling and very nice. We asked if they could make change for a $20 bill for the tip. One of the ladies went to the tip jar and retrieved two 5’s and one $10. When she came...

"Did not stay at this property due to hotels .com not the hotel. Let me start the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could. Or fix the problem...
