"The condo is decent, well priced, and close to Dallas. The pictures of the inside of the condominium are accurate. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture appeared relatively new. "We came for a visit with our son and grandchildren, it was convenient to catch up with them! I lived in Waxahachie, for numerous years (ran a kitchen ministry there) so it was not far for us to travel to church. However, the only complaint was that the shower was not hot enough practically Luke warm. Not a comfortable shower and the grill out back was dirty we cleaned it. But I would definitely come back!"

"This comfortable, spacious condo was perfect for our stay in Dallas. The location was excellent—all the shopping we needed was nearby and access to major streets and freeways was easy. The condo complex is in a lovely residential neighborhood. Jen was a great host and check-in was easy. The furniture was clean and comfortable and all the appliances worked perfectly. It was very convenient to have a garage that had direct access to the unit. We highly recommend this condo."

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"

"I will give this place five stars because the hosts were very commutative and gracious, also the place was adorable and in a great location. I will say however, the ad does not state that it’s an attached duplex home, (we found out after we booked) the adjoining neighbors are thumpy (kids I’m assuming) and they leave their porch light on all night long, which lights up the one room like broad daylight. I would suggest black out curtains, as I had to use a sleep mask to be able to get any rest. "

"My husband and I stayed to visit my sister and new nephew. The house was perfect location for us to walk to town. Was also great that my sister didn’t have to bring all her baby stuff over when they came (had pack-n-play and seat). The only thing I didn’t realize was that there was no backyard.
