Pool and bbq area access down one level of stairs. 5 minute drive to city centre and restaurants. Middleton beach a must visit for swimming. Agent very friendly and helpful. Did have some hiccups with the tv and game console as they appear to be old. Also there are fans in only two bedrooms and the top floor can be quite hot on a warm day. But overall great location.
