"Booked a cabin last minute during a snow storm for me and my two Border Collies. The owner actually called me to make sure that I knew it was a camping cabin - which I thought was super nice. He brought down a second heater in case the first one didn’t warm the cabin up enough. It was a camping cabin so rustic. "We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. "Great central location right off busy Garrett Highway. Nice amenities, could even suit 3 distinct groups with sleeping for 14. Walk out lower level directly to the lake, steps away. Nice hot tub, dock and kayaks. Fun game table and some arcade games if children come along. Enjoyable evening by the fire pit with s'mores! Easy to find, easy to book, responsive owners."
