"Our daughter who attends the local university fell and sprained both of her ankles. Long story short we had to travel from Michigan to tend to her and she wont be going tmback to her 3rd dloor dorm. The staff here gave us a handicap suite on the first floor. It was so appreciated. They were amazing in handling our unique situation. "

"My stay at the Hancock was excellent. The hotel lobby is beautiful and very clean. Likewise, the rooms were updated, clean, and hospitable. We found chocolate pretzels from a local chocolate shop on our beds. The location makes walking to dinner a breeze. I highly recommend if you are in the area. The only negative experience I can note was that our rooms stayed a little too warm no matter what I changed on the thermostat. "
