"The property was above average for Lima. The only issue was the room was warm and stuffy, after turning on the air conditioning to cool the space the system was too loud to run when sleeping. Very Loud!! Therefore the room grew warm and stuffy again by 2:30 am. Room 315 has a noisy ac system."

"Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings and carpets were pretty worn out. I only had one towel, hand towel and washcloth, which was OK because I was alone, but I'm not sure why a hotel would do that. Staff was nice and the hotel itself was clean.
