"This property was amazing. Very clean. Host was amazing to communicate with me on anything I needed. We loved the wild turkeys and ducks. They greeted us every morning. The property's kitchen facilities were so wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone and my family wants to come stay again. "We are a group of women who are all in our early 80s and have known each other since Jr HS. We very much appreciated the location, quiet and cleanliness of your lovely home. It was a well-equipped spacious and comfortable home. Our only inconvenience was obeying the request to take off our shoes while in the house. However we realize that unless you are in your 80s you wouldn’t understand the hitch. "

"We arrived in Lava Hot Springs just before 4:00 p.m. and drove straight to the property at 42 Ivy, Lava Hot Springs. The yard was shaded and everything looked inviting and like "home". We got settled in and started dinner. The oven pilot light would start. We worked and worked on it. Finally we called the number on the front window and reached a party. They said someone would be right over. Within twenty minutes a gentleman showed up, fixed it and was on his way, not bothering us at all. The...

"Lots of space, activities, quiet areas, music “salon”, two great kitchens, fabulous baths. It was easy, enjoyable and perfect for our group."

"The house was clean and well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. All good inside the house but no lawn maintenance (the back yard had a lot of potential to be a little sanctuary space but the grass wasn’t even mowed. The garage was dirty and unorganized."

"The property is set in a beautiful location. The scenery is worth the drive. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was well taken care of and the drive to Lava Hot springs was quick and easy to navigate. I wish we had known about the train tracks across the street where no less than 4 trains come through every night and wake you up. Just be prepared for that 🙂"
