"Overall I had a good time at the lake, The details were accurate about the cabin but something's that I wish we knew prior. Dock is only 1.7 to 2 ft deeps. If you don't have tilt you will bottom out which we did every time. extremely windy so fishing wasrough. Also TV is really tiny but it does work. Again just nitpicking but I really good experience not good"

The host responded swiftly to any questions and worked with my family for a relaxing stay. The house was stocked, clean, easy to find, well-insulated, and we all melted into the beds for much needed rest. I cannot say enough."

"If you want to unplug and have a secluded location, this is definitely the cabin you need. I had requested central air but found out too late that there is only a window AC unit in the dining area. But the nights were fairly cool and with the fan I brought I was very comfortable. Mattresses, furniture and carpet were all old but we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin so we only used it a little. But being a pet friendly cabin, I didn’t expect it to be newly renovated."

"To find this type of quietness in Michigan, you would typically have to travel to some remote place in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. But this is just a short distance to some of the best beaches and state parks on Michigan's western shoreline. Hats off to Aric & Viv. This cabin is perfect. We loved every minute of the time we spent there. There are many great places to grab a bite in Lake City. The Tap House, and the Rustic Hog BBQ will not disappoint.
