"Our stay at the Barbacane was lovely. It's pretty close to Spoleto, though a somewhat winding road. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. We had a very nice time there! "

They warmly welcomed us and showed us to the property which was around the corner from the square. We immediately recognised it from the photos. "Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb mit einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem großen Pool. Die Mutter des Besitzers wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, aber sonst war sie sehr selten anwesend. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat 2 Balkone/Terrassen, Klimaanlage, die Küche ist eher spartanisch, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. "

"John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website. Collevecchio is a lovely friendly hilltop village with great access to Rome. Good local amenities like the lively cafe and supermarket"
