"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. "Hi Isaac, The property is amazing, however there some issues we would like to point out: 1) the WiFi doesn't work. 2) about half the shower heads has no water pressure. 3) one of the four separate unit above the pool S.p.A. not have A/C. 4) the over at the pool-house does not work and shorts the power. 5) at least once a day the property looses power. "Mira’s place was spotlessly clean, and so very Italian! Vintage artwork decorated the space and I kept expecting an Italian Nonna to appear. ;) Renovated kitchen and bathroom. "The owners met us and oriented us to the apartment. The place is light, airy, and well-maintained. The terra-cotta floors and fresco remnants are beautiful. The location is convenient to explore Spoleto. It is quiet at night. We had a pleasant stay and give it a very high recommendation."

"The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
