"Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. And, who doesn't love to shower outside. We'll be back!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Delfin. The views are amazing. We saw whales and jumping rays every day from the shared balcony. The unit was just as shown in the pictures and had everything we needed. Luis and his staff were very responsive. The water at Bahia Estacahuite is calm and great for swimming and snorkeling. The only downside for us is that the beach and beach restaurants just below the house are very busy and can be noisy, particularly during the weekend."

"The three of us had a dream of a stay at Casa Xochi. Liz was an impeccable host, the sunset view couldn't be better, and access to the beach was just what we needed after a day of work. The internet was reliable for our Zoom meetings and other work needs, and the place is perfectly situated in pristine San Agustinillo between fun nightlife and restaurants in Mazunte and Zipolite. I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Very clean and extremely responsive staff. A little street noise at night, but then again Zipolite is a busy little tourist town. Lots of steep spiral towers, so be careful. Great rooftop terrace and pool is ok. WIFI was fast and rarely not working."

"This is the most beautiful place that we have ever rented as a family. It is very conveniently located within a five minute walk (up a steep hill) to all the shops in Mazunte and to the beach where there is swimming and body surfing. It is also a short walk to Punta Cometa, which is a hiking trail where everyone goes to watch the sunset.
