"The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. "When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people.
