"A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."

"Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. "Three nights of pure indulgence - the food was exquisite with an a la carte 5 course evening meal. The spa is lovely - everything looks brand new. Spa treatments were also available and can recommend the full body massage from Susanna. We were looked after by a very attentive and friendly Anita every evening. This is a boutique hotel not to be missed in a very central location, by the river and a few minutes walk from the main Penkbahn gondola in Mayrhofen."

"The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."
