"At first, we booked the house for August, but storm Debby rolled in can caused the river to flood and the boat ramp to be closed. They were very understanding and worked with us to get a new date on the schedule. We liked how the boat ramp was literally just a couple hundred yards from the house, which made it very easy to get in and out. The house was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. "We booked this for a birthday celebration and it was perfect for what we needed. It is small but we had the essential and it was very nice and clean. It doesn't have wifi so no tv but we got by without it. The only thing I would suggest is looking into a keypad lock so you don't have to keep up with a key. "

"We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable."

"It was nice cottage in a small rental community way out in nature. WIFI was easy to locate and access. Cottage has a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi style tub and rainfall shower. very quite area. fully stocked kitchen just bring your own food."

"The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay.
