"Excelsior was a great place to stay for my first time to Munich. Close to the train station and the city center, it makes for an ideal location to explore the city and the surrounding areas. I was disappointed I couldn't use my VIP benefit (the restaurant I could use my drink coupon was closed on Sunday and while I was available on Saturday I was too tired from my travels/busy doing things outside to realize I only had that night to utilize my coupon). Other than that the staff was friendly...
