"This is a charming, up to date gite in an ideal location, 3 km from Eymet, a wonderful small village in Dordogne. It is hard to get a sense of just how peaceful the location is from the photos, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Donna were great hosts. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the 6 nights we were there. "

"The rural setting was perfect - so peaceful - just what we needed. A soaring buzzard and a few tiny lizards in the garden were the only regular visitors 😂!! We loved the house and it was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool is fabulous - a really good size. "We had a wonderful time at the house. It is so much larger than the photos show. The lounge is cavernous and the two main bedrooms are very generous in size. The bathrooms are clean and well positioned. The kitchen is also well equipped and in a perfect place to make use of the outside dining table and bbq.
