"This lovely property is off the beaten path just outside of the small town of Mauves-sur-Huisne. The house is as it looks and has ample space for 12 people. The owners are absolutely lovely and on hand to answer any questions and recommend local excursions. Lovely Belleme is just a 15 minute drive away for shopping and strolling. "Not luxurious, but perfectly good for a one night business stay. Tucked away in a industrial/retail estate. Room was in a delegate block to the reception and breakfast room. Good continental breakfast offering. Would stay again. "

"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "

Perche farmhouse

"House and surroundings were lovely but wouldn’t sleep 17. We were worried we wouldn’t find enough to do but that wasn’t the case. However, Mele (the nearest town) was a little disappointing as most of the businesses were closed for a few weeks while we were there, in August but we had a lovely stay and the owner was very helpful."

"An excellent place to stay prior to catching the Caen ferry. The hotel was easily accessed, with a large secure parking area Very welcoming with a comfortable room and a good breakfast was available. There is a very large Le Clerc close by with a restaurant which provided a good evening meal and an opportunity to get items to take home. "
